Ball cocks
Ball valves manufactured by "CEGAZ" are compliant with the requirements of "DIRECTIVE 97/23/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL OF 29 MAY 1997 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States concerning pressure equipment." On the basis of the above-mentioned DIRECTIVE, all ball valves have been classified into a given hazard level category depending on the valves' intended use for one of the working media divided into two groups: GROUP 1 – dangerous media (explosive, flammable, toxic, oxidizing), GROUP 2 – other media not included in GROUP 1, as well as depending on the size determined by the nominal dimension DN and the maximum allowable pressure PS, in bar.
The applied categorisation enabled the selection of an appropriate procedure for assessing the conformity of ball valves with the requirements of the DIRECTIVE, including those relating to marking with the "CE" mark confirming this conformity.

TECHNICAL APPROVAL No. AT/2016-03- 02 Issue I/2016 of 14/04/2016 for ball valves for gas networks issued by the Oil and Gas Institute in Kraków, validity date: 13/04/2021 – applies to cat. no. ZC-1; ZC-2; ZC-3; ZC-6.
RULING TO TEST REPORTS No. 9/A/GP-1/2015/P and 4305/GP-1/2015 issued on April 11, 2016 by the Oil and Gas Institute in Krakow confirming compliance with the requirements contained in the recommended approvals.
EC CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY No. 10606/JN/010/04 of 16 June 2016 confirming compliance with the requirements of module A1 in the scope of manufacturing pressure equipment, issued by the Office of Technical Inspection in Poznań, validity date: 16 June 2017.
CERTIFICATE No. CSJ/233/2015 of 25/02/2015 confirming the implementation and application by Zakład Armatury Przemysłowo Gazowej "CEGAZ" Janina Cebulska of a quality management system compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard, issued by the Office of Technical Inspection in Warsaw, validity date: 26/02/2018.
TECHNICAL OPINION No. 4/2010/GP-1 of 25/02/2015. Ball valves for petroleum derivatives, confirming compliance with the PN-EN 12569:2002, PN-EN ISO 15761:2005 standards.
